They can count on a 50 percent reduction in myopia control progression.

Blue Light Lenses 

Blue wavelengths are usually produced by phone and computer screens. Now more than ever, people have been using screens and monitors for work and school activities. Studies are being done on whether or not blue light has a major effect on developing vision. Multifocal Eyeglasses

They do have a milder slowing effect in children but wearing them can slow down the progression by at least 51 percent.
